The Custer Wireless LED Tow Bar Light # LIW-LDTL that you referenced is designed to attach with the powerful magnets on the bottom of it either to the top of a vehicle or to the rear bumper.

Looking at the rear of your 2001 Jeep TJ the best shot it's going to have at fitting properly is if you have a metal rear bumper you can set it on top of since the top is not metal. If you have other ideas let me know and maybe we can work out a better solution.

I attached a review video for this kit for you to check out as well.

I have a 1998 Geo tracker with soft top and plastic or vinyl rear bumper. How and where would I attach it? My motorhome has conventional 7-way and 4-way plugs. Is some modification required?

Since the Custer LED Light Bar relies on magnets for attachment there really isn't a good method for mounting if there's not a suitable metal surface available on the Tracker. Your best option is going to be a wired setup like the Roadmaster # RM-15267, which will let you wire up the vehicle so that its signal lights illuminate in correspondence with the RV.
