We have higher capacity trailer hitches that fit your 1995 Ford F-250 like the Torklift part # TLF1000 but the hitch plate part # 3371809061A does require the truck frame to be 34 inches from outside to outside as that's the cab and chassis frame width range.
A 37 inch wide frame like what you have is a standard width for a standard frame/bed design which is what the Torklift is designed to fit.
