Yes, the Thule T2 Pro XTR part # TH83JV that you reference will work great in the Curt hitch part # C13140 that you have installed on your 2015 BMW X1. The rack would have plenty of clearance to fit and well and is overall one of the nicest bike racks you can get so I know you'll be super happy with it!
