will this fit on thule apex 2 bike rack on my draw tite class 3 tow hitch....?

The threaded portion that fits in the shank of the Thule Apex bike rack is typically not compatible with threaded locking pins from other manufacturers. We've received a few reports here and there stating that they will fit, but since Thule won't confirm this we cannot guarantee fit.
It's safest to use the lock that was specifically designed for the rack, the # THSTL2. One really nice feature of the Thule lock, it can be re keyed to match the locks on other Thule accessories, if you have them. It's pretty convenient to use one key for several pieces of equipment.
