Replacement for GC6AA-7P Atwood Water Heater

Question:

Hi, I need to replace the water heater in a camper and I can’t find the model number I need for sale. It is an Atwood GC6AA-7p. Do you know what a replacement might be if this model is no longer available. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

To replace your Atwood GC6AA-7P water heater I recommend the 6-gallon Atwood # AT96163 water heater. This comes with heat exchanger that heats the water as you drive, an automatic direct-spark gas pilot and electric heating element continue to supply hot water at your destination. this water heater has dimensions of 12-1/2" tall x 16" wide x 18" deep which should match up with your current water heater.

Please note that the installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency, or gas supplier.
