Will this motor replace the above noted unit, on a jayco eagle?

The Replacement Motor for Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set part # LG-196308 should work in place of your Atwood 70079 Landing Gear Motor. I cannot confirm this as Atwood Landing Gear parts have been discontinued for some time so there is no way to test this but after looking both over I do believe they will work in place of one another.
