Question:

I just got my little lock box, opened with 0000. Followed instructions to reset.. closed it. Now it won’t open. What do I do?

If your Master Lock Safe Space Portable Storage Box with Combination Lock # ML5900D won't open with your new combination then you may have accidentally entered one of the numbers for the combination incorrectly. I'd try taking turns rotating each number one place above and then one place under the combination that you were trying to set it to. If this doesn't work let me know and I can further assist you.
