I was wondering if the Kenda Loadstar 4.80/4.00-8 Load Range B tires are tubeless.

Yes, the Kenda Loadstar K371 Bias Trailer Tire # AM10002 that you referenced is tubeless. This is actually the case with all of the trailer tires we currently have available.
This particular tire features a maximum load of 590 pounds at 60 psi. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
