I was given a Thule Mountaineer cargo box 669?. See photo attached. What do I need to use it with my 2016 Toyota Rav4 with raised side rails? Thanks!

To carry your Thule Mountaineer Cargo Box on the roof of your 2016 Toyota RAV4 that has raised factory side rails will require you to install a set of crossbars. The Malone rack part # MPG216 is a really great option that is confirmed as a fit. The price is unbeatable, the bars are aerodynamically shaped for minimal wind noise and are also compatible with the cargo box you have.
