Is Fuse or Breaker Needed When Installing Dutton Lainson TW400 Strongarm Winch

Question:
Do not have breaker. If 4000 draws 40 amp? Would I fuse at 50?

The power wire of the Dutton-Lainson TW4000 StrongArm Electric Winch # DL25200 has a circuit breaker built into it so you would not need to install any additional fuses. The breaker is rated for 40 amps.
