Question:

I have a dodge caravan 2017 would like to tow a 2019 malibu lt but my dodge doesn’t carry a latch how can I go about it to add it or have it put on

The hitch we offer that would work best for towing your 2019 Chevy Malibu on a tow dolly like the Roadmaster part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced is the etrailer.com hitch part # e98854 as it has the best towing capacities at 4,000 lbs, has great ground clearance and since only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper it looks the best as well. I attached a picture of what it looks like installed as well as an install video link.

Then for trailer wiring the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331 is what I recommend because it installs easily without requiring splicing to your taillight wiring.

Then for a ball mount with the correct amount of rise you'd want the Curt # C45070 with the 2 inch ball # 63845 and you'd be set.
