The difference between the two is actually pretty simple; the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On # CM11550 will fit over the mirrors of your 2019 Ford F-150 and attach via a wedge that you tighten with a wing nut on the rear of the mirror.

Comparatively, the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors - Snap On # KS81850 fit over your mirrors and use tabs that clamp around the top and bottom of the mirror.

I recommend going with the CIPA because they can be tightened to ensure you aren't going to have to worry about a lot of vibration. They have a slightly smaller mirror face than the K-Source but the difference isnt going to be a noticeable one in regards to your view.
