I would love to help but I am a bit confused by your question. The Camco RV Gray-Water Drain Adapter part # CAM39322 is an adapter that allows you to drain your gray water tank at a dump station. This in itself would not stop odor from traveling though your waste hose, into the gray tank, and then into your trailer but that is why you have p-traps on all of your drains.
