I plan to install the Reese RP87FR 5th wheel prep and was wondering if the Demco Hijacker autoslide will work with that prep package like it does with the factory prep package?

Yes, if you install the Reese Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit part # RP87FR on your 2019 Ford F-250 you can then use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider part # DM8550024. The Reese Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit will be the same as the Ford Factory 5th Wheel Prep Package so you can use any 5th wheel hitch that is designed for this like the above.
