Yes, you can install the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System part # TNRTTNA on your 2016 Nissan Titan XD with a 3" lift. However, you need to also install multiple Timbren Spacers part # A25723-90AH00 equal to the height of your actual lift in order to compensate for this.
