Recommended Air Conditioner and Heat Pump for an Enclosed 8.5 x 24 Enclosed Cargo Trailer

I was wondering if you could help me figure out the correct size AC heat pump I would need to cool and heat this size of cargo trailer.

There are several factors that go into choosing the correct size rooftop air conditioner and heat pump (insulation strength, ambient temperature, volume etc.) ones that are not easily calculated without very specific information. That said, the Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner part # AT15025-21 which has a 13,500 Btu rating should be sufficient to heat and cool your enclosed trailer.

I recommend the Advent Air 13,500 Btu AC Unit which comes in Black # ACM135BCH or White # ACM135CH.

@KennethR For a larger enclosed trailer you need the larger 15,000 Btu unit which also comes in White # ACM150C or Black # ACM150BC.

I have an 8.5x28 enclosed car trailer. What size AC heat pump unit would I need and would I need 1 or 2 systems. Also, what generator would recommend using? Thanks for your assistance!
