Will this fit my 2016 Jayco X23F and my Blackstone tailgater grill combo?

The regulator you attached a picture of is designed to attach directly to a DOT style of propane cylinder which is commonly found at the front of campers like your Jayco. If you were wanting a way to extend out the hose and regulator to fit the tanks you have at the front of your 2016 Jayco X23F you'd need an extension hose like the part # CAM59883 which is 5 feet long.
