Will Curt Trailer Hitch # C13201 Fit with Spare Tire on 2016 Dodge Journey

I purchased the curt trailer hitch #13201 for my 2016 dodge journey r/t awd and while installing realized it wont fit with my spare tire. it is too tight and cant be installed. what hitch should I have gotten instead to fit?

The Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C13201 is actually confirmed to fit your 2016 Dodge Journey with the spare tire in place. When installing the hitch the spare does need to be lowered but you should be able to raise it back into place once the hitch is mounted.
