Can I Install Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Upside Down

Question:
Can the rear sway bar #139 146. The pictures on the instructions are to say the least terrible. So my question is can the bar be installed upside down or can it only fit one way as the front one is. Fits only one way.

Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-146 can only be installed in one orientation. It is not designed to be installed upside down. I have attached a photo of what the installation should look like.
