Can I have both the curt front hitch and the 37-03615 or Westin grill guard 40-3795 at same time?? I have a 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 HD.

Since grille guards and front hitches occupy the same area and mounting locations on the fronts of vehicles you'll have to pick which you'd rather have between the front hitch or the grille guard. Since the front hitch is most likely more for a "need" and the grille guard might be more for looks I'd go with the front hitch part # 65078.
