The Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock # TWSPWM that you referenced will help to stabilize your 2004 Honda CRF 50 but with a smaller bike like this there's going to be a lot of room for movement inside the chock's 6-1/2 inch width. You will want to make sure that you secure it with straps to prevent this.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out. It demonstrates how to secure your bike.
