I called LCI and they advised that their part number was 674864. 29 volt heater pad. Is this the same part? Also what is the wattage?

We have the replacement heater pad you mentioned available with part # 674864. This is the replacement 29V heater pad for the Thomas Payne Seismic line of reclining sofas.
The Replacement Seat Heater Kit # 195-000113 that you referenced is just the wiring harness for the heating pad power supply and not the pad itself.
