I have this gate on my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. I am purchasing a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT 3500. Can I just purchase the R and L side panels for the 2015 GMC and use my current gate?

I spoke with Stromberg Carlson and they informed that that they do make conversion kits for adapting the 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgates but only within the same make/modle. Therefore, the only option you have if you need a 5th wheel tailgate on your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 is to purchase a new one, the Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate with Lock for GM Trucks part # VGM-14-4000.
