I just purchased a boat and trailer with the DL25215 winch but he didn’t have the manual crank. Can these be purchased alone?

The Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch # DL25215 that you referenced does include an emergency crank to allow for manual operation in the event of a dead battery or other type of power failure. The handle just gets inserted until engaged with the drive shaft and then rotated as if you were operating a standard hand winch.

Yes, for the emergency crank assembly that's normally included with the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch you just need the part # DL70307. I have attached a short video review on this particular part that you can take a look at as well.

I've ordered (placed in the order basket) the emergency crank handle but on my D-L TW4000 there is a threaded bolt that is missing the knob and any security pin to hold it on which appears to be used to either engage or disengage the clutch motor works but it is only freewheeling and, of course, I need to have it engage to pull the boat back in. Looking at the blow-uo schematic on my manual it appears to be parts RR (#206243) and SS (#404614) I would like to order these if they are the correct parts to make it now work. THANK YOU.

I believe you mean parts AR and AS for the Dutton-Lainson TW4000 Strong Arm Winch # DL25200. These are found as parts # DL94FR (AR) and # DL34FR (AS) on our site.
