Yes, for our brake assemblies that have parking brake capabilities like the Dexter Hydraulic Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - Uni-Servo # T2351300-200 that you referenced we do have hand brake levers to activate them with the part # T2385200. This comes with cable too that measures 183 inches in length.
