My Fifth wheel door window is 35 1/2x 11 1/2 wide- do you do custom size covers?

We do not actually manufacture all of the items we sell so for an RV window shade you can refer to the available sizes we offer from Camco and Valterra that appear on the linked page, including the item # A10-1600 you referenced.
I realize that trimming the shade to fit your specific desired size may not be as appealing as a ready-made item in that exact size but if you were to choose a larger size shade such as # CAM45165 which is 24 x 120-inches you might have enough material to allow you to cost-effectively shade multiple windows in your RV. Once you've cut the material to the various sizes you need you might enlist the help of a local seamstress to sew on new trim.
