It is possible you will need lift spacers when installing the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2286 that fit your 2007 Ram 1500, though you will need to measure in order to determine this.
I have added a cut out from Firestone which details the measurement you need to take in order to find the correct spacer. For example, if you installed the Ride-Rites on your Ram and the distance between the upper bracket and lower bracket was between 7-1/2 inches and 8-1/2 inches you would need the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 2" Spacers # F2366.
I have added a link to the entire selection of Firestone Ride-Rite spacers for you as well as a link to a video of the Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2286 being installed on an '07 Ram 1500.
Additionally, to go along with these springs I do recommend adding the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor # F2158 to make inflating and deflating your air bags a much easier process.
