Yes, there is one front mount trailer hitch that will fit your 2012 Jayco Greyhawk Class C Motorhome on a Ford E-450 Cutaway Chassis, the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65053. I have attached an install photo for you as well as a video on a similar 2017 model.
It sounds like you might be wanting to use this front mount trailer hitch for a bike rack and if that is the case it will work perfectly for this. If you don't already have a bike rack I recommend the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack part # KU74FR because it's lightweight and easy to load your bikes onto.
