The best option we have for what you are looking for is the CE Smith Heavy Duty Vertical Bunk Bracket part # CE10161GA which measures to be 8" tall. Although we do not have a 7-1/4" tall bunk bracket, the above can be made to work for you. In order to attach this to your trailer frame you can use the CE Smith U-Bolt part # CE15283GA.
