i have an arctic fox camper on 2018 ram 3500, with firestone air bags installed. will the two systems be compatible and will the RAS system help control the weight and sway?

There isn't anything that would prevent the RoadActive Suspension kit part # RAS3613-HD from installing on your 2018 Ram 3500 that also has a Firestone air bag kit # F2615 installed as well. The two kits will both fit without any interference from the other. What I would do is remove the air pressure from the bags at first to see how the suspension performs with just the RAS kit and then as needed add air pressure. Most likely you'll find that you won't need any air pressure, or if so it would be minimal.
