I checked with Roadmaster and the overall length of the Replacement Stabilizer Bar # RM-B001225 is 35-3/4 inches.

This is designed as a replacement part for the tow dolly part # RM-2050-1 which wouldn't require measuring to determine the fit of. So as long as you have the # RM-2050-1 this will be exactly what you'd need.

I would like to know the torque pressure of the bolts at each end of this stabilizer bar...Should the bolts mounted at the axle be very tight ?.. My dolly is hard to make tilt..maybe the bolts are too tight Thank you

The installation manual for the Roadmaster Dolly don't provide specific torque specs for the stabilizer bar hardware, but they do explain how to tighten them correctly (so that it actually tilts). The following is directly from the manual: If the ramps tilt down under their own weight, tighten the bolts further. Repeat until the ramps will not tilt down under their own weight. Then loosen the bolts slightly. When the ramps just begin to tilt down after you remove the pivot pin, the bolts are tightened correctly
