Will the Titan brakes be able to fit on a Magic Tilt trailer that currently has UFP brand DB-35 brake kits on it?

Yes, since your trailer has Dexter UFP 3,500 lb brakes on it currently the Titan Premier Disc Brake Kit part # T2HRCM10DAC would fit it and work well as this fits the same 3,500 lb axle spindle as your current kit.
