Expert Reply:
The Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs, part # P99901, are designed as a universal application to fit all full-size truck stake pockets. I spoke with my contact at Putco and they said the width of the part that goes into the stake pocket is 1-3/8 inches, and the length that it will extend into the hole is 3-1/2 inches. You will want to measure on your 2004 Toyota Tundra to make sure it will fit.
These tie-downs will work with a bed liner as long as the bed liner does not interfere with the anchor when it is being tightened to the truck bed.
The price of the anchors mentioned above is for one pair.
