Question:
I currently have mirrors with no turn signal. Is there a way to add the mirrors with turn signal without them oem system? And can they be hard wired into the blinker system wiring .

You can install replacement mirrors with built-in turn signals onto a vehicle that does not have them with a mirror set like part # KS62093-94G that you referenced and they will work great...but the turn signal function will not be active. Everything else will be fine though. Your vehicle would need to have this function in the harness and the only way it would be possible would be if a GM dealer could set you up with replacement harness for your vehicle that carries that circuit.
You should note that this mirror set does not fit your 2018 Chevy Tahoe, but if you are looking for a tow mirror solution we have the custom fit slip-on set part # KS80920 which will work great. These fit really well and are very stable which provides you with a nice view behind you as you are towing. Check out the install video and picture I attached for this as well.
