Is a Regulator Needed for Propane Dual Tank Setup that Cavagna 924N Dual Regulator

Question:
I have a cavagna 924n one tank has a regulator before the valve and the other one does not it doesnt seem right sense there is a regulator after the 924n

The Cavagna 924N that you have actually is a regulator. It is an automatic changeover style regulator very similar to the part # CAM59005 that you referenced which means you don't need to add a regulator to the tank you have that does not have one.
