2007 ram 1500 6.5 bed non mega cab. Will c16303-200 kit be compatible with an RBW 15K fifth wheel hitch? Appreciate the advice thanks.

Yes, the Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16303-200 that fits your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 is compatible with your RBW 15K 5th wheel hitch.
If you don't already have a 7-Way installed in the bed of your pickup then I also recommend installing the Hopkins # HM42137 to help make connecting and disconnecting the wiring on your 5th wheel much easier.
