Good afternoon. Can you please provide exact size include diameter and length of this part. Last week I received my order from your shop, but unfortunately I have to return it back because it is not fit in. I need a folding pin with size diameter 5/16inch and length not less than 2.3inch

The Replacement Detent Pin for Thule T2 Bike Carriers part # TH853-7015 is 3/8" diameter so it will not work for you. I am not sure what the intended use of the pin is for but I can confirm that the Snapper Pin part # 516-212TR has a 5/16" diameter and is 2-1/2" long. If you can let me know what you are using the pin for I may have more advice or better options for you.
