The exact replacement locking mechanism for your Sears Sport 20 SV Cargo Carrier is no longer available but you could be able to make the Replacement Lock Core and Key for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box part # SR03807 work and frankly this is your only option for a new lock. I have attached a review for you of one of our customers using this locking mechanism on their Sears Sport 20 SV Cargo Carrier. We have had several others do so as well. You'll need to ensure your current lock resembles this one.
If you just want the key instead you can use the Replacement Key for Thule and Sportrack Racks and Carriers part # THKEYN2982.
