For a 3 bar roof/ladder rack confirmed to fit your 2017 Ford Transit T150 we have the Rhino Rack HD roof rack part numbers # RB1800B-3 and # RRRLTPFC-3 which would work really well. The bars are made of aluminum and for load stops you'd need the part # RRRLH and you'd be set.
We also have ladder strap designed for the bars of this rack as well with part # RLS5.
