The difference between the two is pretty simple; the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock # DT25013KA is the version of the lock which allows you to order multiple locks keyed alike. It has a drop-down box on the product page that says "Keyed Alike" which you can choose if you wanted more than one lock that can all be used with the same key.

The Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock that had the part number DT25013 does not have that option so if you ordered multiples of this lock they would use different keys.

These locks are universal fits for the majority of 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" ball couplers to protect your trailer.

I have added links to a couple video reviews for you to take a look at as well.
