Question:
I have a 2009 Texas Pride dual 7000 lb axle 16foot dump trailer, are your 12inch nev-r-adjust, Item 23-464-465 the correct replacement brake components. Texas Pride was not listed in your list of manufactures and models the the brakes fit.

Most likely yes since the Dexter brake assemblies part number # 23-464-465 are designed to fit standard 7K trailer axles like you'd have but it wouldn't hurt to check first. Take of a hub drum and measure the inside diameter and width. If it's 12 inch by 2 inch and the assembly is held to the brake flange with a 5 bolt pattern then this kit is the correct fit for it.
I also attached a review video for these assemblies and a link to a page on adding brakes to a trailer you might find helpful.
