Will this fit on a 1989 dodge b250 pleasure way rv with the larger, 36 gallon fuel tank?

The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-111 that you referenced is confirmed to fit your 1989 Dodge B250 Motorhome and the large fuel tank under the chassis shouldn't be an issue. To be sure though our contact at Roadmaster said that the sway bar just needs 12 inches of clearance behind the axle. You can check the position of your tank just to be sure there won't be any interference.
