I have an older model fairing Thule TH872XT. will these clips work with that fairing and Mount to Rola Sport Series Roof Rack with GTX Mounting System for Naked Roofs - 59728

I wish I could say yes, but the crossbar dimensions are different between the Thule Aeroblade bars and the Rola aero bars so the only option is going to be a new fairing to fit the Rola roof rack.
The only fairings we offer that can fit most crossbar shapes are the Inno fairings like the part # INA262 which is 46 inches long.
