We have three white Better Bath RV Shower pans with a left-hand drain. These are shown on the linked page and includes pans with exterior lengths of 32, 36 and 40-inches. The one shower pan we have that exactly matches your dimensions of 46-1/4 x 24-1/4 is the right-hand drain model # LC210383 that you referenced. It is not an enormous project to change the plumbing to accommodate a new drain position but you will need to visit a local plumbing supply shop for some of the items to complete the job.
