Replacement Axle for AL-KO T35 3,500 Pound Axle with 85 Inch Hub Length

Question:

I have a 2011 keystone hideout 25RKS trailer, and I am looking for a replacement axle. It has 2 al-ko T35 3500lbs axles with the following measurements: 2and3/8 inch diameter, 85 inch hub face to hub face, 68and5/8 inch spring center to spring center. Inside backing plates is 78and1/2 inch. So far I have been unable to match it....any help? Thanks

I do have a great option for you, however we do not have any standard 3,500 pound round tube axles available that match the dimensions you provided. For an exact replacement your best option will be to go through a local trailer shop or the manufacturer.

Otherwise I recommend taking a look at a Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System. This system features independent suspension setups that provide a uniquely smooth ride and will install on any frame width. Typically they will eliminate the need for a thru-axle altogether.

The Timbren 3,500 Axle-Less System # A35RS545E should work great on your trailer. This particular set features straight spindles with hubs and electric brake assemblies already mounted. The hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern so you will just want to make sure this matches your existing wheels. These can be used for tandem axle setups but you would want to replace both axles with 2 of these sets.
