Can Batteries be Run in Parallel and Used With Converter Box

Question:

If I hook two 12v batteries parallel will they exceed a 30 amp 110 converter box

You can absolutely run two 12 volt batteries in parallel and use them with your converter box. Running batteries in parallel will maintain their 12 volt output but they will just have a higher capacity to be run for a longer time. If you take a look at the accompanying diagram you can see exactly how to wire the batteries.

A battery charger will still be needed to charge your batteries and the CTEK MULTI US 3300 12-Volt Universal Battery Charger w/ Pulse Maintenance # CTEK56353 is a great option for that. It will charge your batteries when they are wired in parallel and maintain the charge so you are always at the optimal battery power.
