Can Swagman XTC4 4-Bike Rack be Used at Rear of RV

Question:
Hello, why do not you recommend the use of the bike rack behind an RV? I have a custom hitch and i can tow a 16-foot boat!

The Swagman XTC4 4-Bike Rack # S64665 referenced in your question actually IS rated and approved for use behind an RV (as long as by "RV" you mean a motorized recreational vehicle and not a bumper pull trailer). Swagman has determined that this particular rack can safely handle the extra bounce and movement that it will endure when mounted behind an RV as compared to a standard passenger vehicle.
This extra movement is caused by the bumper being extended further back from the rear axle on an RV and only certain racks are tested and approved for this application. Just think about the difference in ride experience between sitting towards the back of a bus and further up front.
Just to reiterate though the Swagman # S64665 can be used behind an RV and is a great option for a 4-bike platform-style rack. It also includes a hitch and bike lock so you won't need to add this separately. I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
