We have a set of replacement cab lights that do fit your 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 but the # PP20-244 does not fit as it fits newer trucks. Instead you'd want the Putco PURE kit part # P900532 which is a confirmed fit and gives you a set of LED style cab lights that will be very visible and will last you a long time.
