The best way to determine if the Equa Flex kit part # LC279688 you referenced is going to fit is to compare it's dimensions to the dimensions of the equalizers you currently have. If they are the same or very close then they will work. I attached a picture of the dimensions of this for you to check out as well.
If you have dimensions that are different let me know what you have and I'll see what the best option is.

Jameson, sorry for delay. Measurements horizontal are approx 5 and 11/16th Vertical is approx 2in Upper eye approx 7/16 very approx Lower eye in red 1 and 3/4.
