Why Does 12 Volt Pin Not Have Power on 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Question:
What would cause loss of voltage on battery plus terminal on the seven pin plug on 2017 Ford F-350 super duty platinum?

If you are using Circuit Tester # PTW2979 and are noticing no power at the 12 volt pin on your 2017 Ford F-350 the reason is very likely that you do not have the 30 amp fuse and relay in positions 27 and 37, respectively. Once you have these you should not have any issue with the 12 volt power source. If you did already have them then it is likely they went bad and replacing them will solve your issue.
